I loved the cinematography...I didn't suffer from the "its too dark syndrome"...I can live with all the plot **** I think the show has betrayed its roots with its plot armour in this episode. If the characters are needed in the future keep them away from certain death and show non-important characters fighting, and maybe let one of them survive certain **** not all of them. It was ridiculous.

Would have been a half-decent episode if I could actually SEE any of it?!
Minimal dialogue and ridiculously 'realistic' darkness of the battle had me squinting at the screen! The death of Night King - unexpected?? Yes... satisfying?? No!
Jon is becoming a wasted character and the huge excitement of him becoming the hero is dying a death. AWFUL
