    This album is unique and universal. each song sounds new. and working together with Aoke is simply a discovery. texts as always at a high level. very deep and will find a response in everyone's heart. BTS songs help me cope with difficult times in life, for which I thank them.
    I recommend this album for listening and translating texts for reading. it's a new world, guys. completely different.

    Whereas the K-pop genre is often criticized as "manufactured" and "formulaic," BTS radiates authenticity in that their songs are emotive. Starting with their first album, members of BTS (in particular RM, Suga, and J-Hope) have contributed to the lyrics, composition, and producing of their songs. With each new album, their level of input increases, and BTS' self-professed goal is to introduce an album wholly written, composed, and produced by themselves. In Love Yourself: Tear, RM is credited on all 11 songs, Suga on 8, J-Hope on 7, and Jungkook on 1. Their input, particularly with respect to lyrics, redounds to this sense of authenticity.

    Certain artists have a recognizable signature "sound" in all or most of their songs (e.g., Coldplay, Chainsmokers, Mumford & Sons). Notably, BTS does not fall within that category. Their versatility and willingness to experiment is again on display in Love Yourself: Tear. The songs on this album offer a spectrum of genres - R&B, ballad, pop, EDM, Latin pop, trap, hip-hop and rap.     Thank you for your Music. while Listening to this album and reading lyrics at the same time I was so shocked that how much a song can relate to your life and at the same time comfort you. Different variations of genre are also so good, RnB, Neo-soul, Emo, Hip-hop, EDM, a lil bit Rock... Gosh... It's perfect

    In the era of singles, having this achievement must be something very well-thought so that people won't easily lose interest. It's amazing how many double entendres there are in this piece: you can interpret the "tear" as either noun, a cry from the boys or/and simultaneously a breakup, the verb tear. V) уделили больше внимания, в его исполнении 'Singularity' - произведение искусства, как и видео к этой песне. Приятной неожиданностью стала баллада от DJ Steve Aoki, мастерски исполненная вокал-лайном. А реп-лайн оторвались по-полной в Outro: TEAR.     One of their most cohesive albums, Tear brings a message of reality between love just as we can find self-love after discovering it. With well-written lyrics and vocal and rap well-shown, the album showed a significant evolution of the group over time. No doubt, one of the best albums of the year so far.

    I though that I couldn't be more surprised by BTS, they always try to innovate their repertoire with each album, but this one in particular, is similar to some of their previous works at the same time that it approaches new themes and sounds. The focus of rap on the album satifez enough, it has been a few ages that they have somewhat overshadowed hip hop that was always the basis for their music. But that does not mean the vocals are behind, quite the contrary, they shone in The Truth Untold, one of the album's strengths. With elements of rock-grounge, trap beats and hip hop emo, I would say that Fake Love is their best single, behind only the exciting Spring Day. Tear is loaded with different genres but somehow complement each other and dont do weak the album. The r&b featured in Love Maze, Paradise and 134340 - a bit of Jazzy too, which is new to them - is what I would say was missing from the group's latest work. Lastly, this is their best album yet, and I believe that soon we will see many positive notes from these brilliant artists.… Expand

    Not only does their album share meaningful lyrics, it has rhythm. To express sincere concepts in a rhythmical way is difficult to produce. In a time where our world needs a sense of peace, the music certainly aims to fulfill fans with joy. They deserve the oncoming recognition from all international platforms.

    This is a great album. I came across it through twitter cause the links of fake love are all over my timeline. I'm glad i checked it out i ended up buying the whole album on Itunes and i downloaded it on my Spotify too. Give it a try it's really diverse and every track is well made and produced. If you have a problem with the lyrics you can always search it up just like what i did and it'sThis is a great album.     Definitely my favorite work of theirs since 'The Most Beautiful moment in life'/'Young Forever' era. All the songs are different yet they are cohesive, and gets you down with a R&B intro that sets a calm mood, then to the emotionally charged 'Fake Love'.

    'Magic Shop' appears in the middle as an analogy of the book of the same name, changing bad emotions into a mirage of happiness that    Definitely my favorite work of theirs since 'The Most Beautiful moment in life'/'Young Forever' era. All the songs are different yet they are cohesive, and gets you down with a R&B intro that sets a calm mood, then to the emotionally charged 'Fake Love'.

    I LOVE this album much more than the first in the Love Yourself Trilogy. And I really liked that album even when it felt a little disjointed. Tear is much more cohesive, seamless and mature. My favorite is Outro: Tear. I really like Truth Untold, Paradise, Singularity (Kim Taehyung's VOICE), Love Maze and Anpanman. There is no song I dislike on this album and that is a rare thing for me toI LOVE this album much more than the first in the Love Yourself Trilogy.     If you've never heard anything of BTS this is the best album to start with, it's so versatile and each song has its own genre, it's fascinating. If you want to check the 2nd best album of their I would suggest ''You never walk alone'' It's also one of their best.

    Its an album made to appeal to people of all backgrounds. They improve with each new realise and show a different side each time, the newest Tear is a blend of so many genres. From the soothing ballad to the title FAKE LOVE to soft Paradise and hype Anpaman, sexy Airplane 2 and breathtaking OUTRO. We can see the hard work the members have put into this project.     I really loved this album! Their lyrics are as amazing as always (if you take the time to read this that is), and it has become one of my favorites for sure!, its so diverse and different from what they have done before too!

    Mind-blowing. What a jump from the last album, each song was a genre unto itself. Meaningful, clever and vulnerable lyrics that really just grab my soul and hold me tight.

    Very impressed, this entire album felt familiar but new at the same time. It's nice to see as a fan, BTS have retained their unique style while exploring new boundaries. It felt like a well rounded pop album with a large handful of favorites.

    My first time listening this album and it was really good and cohesive without songs sounding the same. Surely one of the best albums in 2018! You will definitely enjoy it.

    This being the group's 3rd full length album, the rise in the quality of their music has been obvious. This album strives towards a more conceptual or thematic vibe and can pull it off pretty well. While their previous albums have strived to do the same, Love Yourself: Tear is their best attempt at this by a long run. Even with some of the songs not fully commiting to the original theme of the album, they are still very well produced, with great lyrics and catchy tunes.… Expand

    Each song has a different vibe but each song also fits so well together. There is no skip-able song, cause every song is a banger. It's so well produced and so well constructed you would think these guys been 10 years and going into the music industry but knowing they're all around their 20's and making such beautiful songs always shocks me to my core.

    Tear is an extremely honest and delicate album, just like previous BTS albums they address partner issues, bring comfort to people with their songs. Another amazing thing is the variety of q styrils that have been used on the album, BTS as always never disappoints

    This is a solid album. It's diverse in its genres/styles, and yet somehow there is a natural flow in the mood as you go from one song to the next. It's a departure from what they've done, yet you can tell that they've grown as artists and aren't afraid to try musical styles that they previously haven't attempted - all the while retaining their roots in rap/trap/hip-hop.     I'm giving this a 10 even though I think BTS still has room to grow. They have not reached their pinnacle yet. Normally that would mean I'd give them a lower score. However, I actually liked ALL the songs on this album, which is a rare occurrence, so that gave them bonus points. There are a lot of different genres on this album, but they are all united by their theme. Be careful toI'm giving this a 10 even though I think BTS still has room to grow.     The boys outdid themselves. The album, while what it feels like touches every gerne in music, is still so beautifully thought trough and harmonic. The lyrics will blow you away.

    This is BTS' best album so far. They've managed to explore every genre with perfection, going from an alternative pop/rock in their main track to a latino-inspired track with Airplane pt.2. They hit perfect notes with their amazing vocalists and their rappers are at finest.

    Such a unique and amazing mix of hiphop, grunge, rock, latin inspired, r&b, edm in this whole album. Fake love is my favorite one. The lyrics are amazing and so relatable. I would definitely recommend 10/10

    This has to be one of the best if not the best album BTS put out so far. I'm still in awe how they could put so many different genres in one album and make them fit perfectly together. My personal favourites are The Truth Untold, Airplane pt.2, Magic Shop and Outro: Tear.

    There is not one bad song on this album, eventhough the songs are very diverse in style. I adore the song Tear by the rapline, it’s a true masterpiece. Just as the Truth Untold by the vocal line and Aoki. Singularity is off such beauty as well. Please search for the translations of the songs and find out why the songs are like poetry.     Beautifully diversive album, there is no track I skip while listening to it, which is very rare for me. All of the songs have their unique color and it emphasise all 7 members' pure talents. The lyrics really touched me to the core, an album that worths every penny!

    One of their best pieces of work yet. You can tell they poured their heart out producing and writing this album. I'm always so sure that BTS will not be able to surpass their past releases like "Wings", "Love Yourself: Her", HYYH pt 1, 2 & Young Forever etc. but they keep surprising me every time. I am not a k-pop fan seeing as I do not enjoy most of the songs from that industry but BTSOne of their best pieces of work yet. You can tell they poured their heart out producing and writing this album.     For me this album felt like a self-discovery musical journey. Top production quality and a lyrical excellence that reminded me of poetry. The lyrics taken from the perspective of addressing yourself resonated with me in a very deep level. Favorite track: Outro:Tear. Bravo BTS! What an outstanding album!

    This is most likely one of the most beautiful albums in history. The composition of the songs and the order of them creates the perfect story. I love how it takes a turn for a more positive melody in the middle, and it has a genre for every person. I totally recommend this album.

    Something that I always liked about BTS is that they have a song for everyone, and this album shows it really well. Every song is different, showing how much they experiment and it's incredible. Has been my favorite (right after Dark&Wild) since it was released!

    One of their best album, Honestly I was not a fan of them before but my cousin introduced me to Their discography after Fallon show. I was also impressed by their leader's speech i ended up checking whole love yourself series.
    They excels in lyrics, music and spreading meaningful message through the music. Answer and Tear are now my favorite albums. Because it has so many different songs for different peoples taste that it brings people together to enjoy music.     Music is and has always been more than language. It is human emotion and expression. You do not have to speak or understand Korean to appreciate the sounds, melodies, vocal skills, arrangements, and various cultural infusions within this album. I cannot day this for any artist on any platform from any time, but this album genuinely does not have a single bad song I have to skip.
