    The pre-album singles were the right choice. The stand out tracks are Harleys In Hawaii, Never Really Over & Not The End of the World. There is one skip, Champagne Problems.

    Um álbum verdadeiro e divertido, Katy Perry expõe suas fragilidades enquanto coloca todo mundo pra dançar com ótimas canções pop, um dos melhores do ano. Em meio a tanta tristeza, Smile é literalmente um dos poucos motivos para sorrir.

    Katy Perry returns to her roots with a pop to listen to, Perry gives a cold shower to all those who doubted she would be able to make a Pop Perfection again as only she knows how to do. We can see that Perry really recovered his smile with this album filled with addictive tracks and gum that stay in his head, Katy managed to turn the corner and show everyone who doubted her and all herKaty Perry returns to her roots with a pop to listen to, Perry gives a cold shower to all those who doubted she would be able to make a Pop Perfection again as only she knows how to do.     Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
