    It's a great album.
Trae recuerdos de su álbum debut Yours Truly. The songs pov, just like magic and safety net are the best in the album.

This album has definitely aged like milk. It's great that this was a passion project for Ariana over lockdown but compared to Dangerous Woman and thank u, next - this sounds lazy. Those albums had authenticity and signature hits, whereas positions sort of merges into one continuous song that you can't differentiate. It's a shame really, I'd say Ariana needs to take some time for AG7. ButThis album has definitely aged like milk. Ariana needs to learn to make the lyrics as beautiful as the melodies, her voice and the singing. She could hire better songwriters or learn how to write better, since she wants to have the "yuh" factor, the grace of Audrey Hepburn and all that we all adore (and so we want excellence from her). The album is as disappointing as starting sex without foreplay and ending without climax.

It's by far the worst album she has released. It's boring, generic and sound just like her previous records.

I always appreciate an album that doesn’t seem like it’s trying too hard. To me, Positions is a great example of simplicity done right. The concept is a huge great, she can truly express herself. And all tracks is genuinely awesome and catchy but the whole tracks won’t be long-last listened, and bit much repetitive. And idk i am much expect the tracks more seductive than bit innocent. I think this era quiet short for her.

Another lyrically unimpressive album. I don't know why I was expecting it to be different. I don't really know what I was expecting, but it was more than this. A lot more.

Grande is making no effort to be discreet, instead explicitly owning her sexuality—the album is called Positions, after all. The juxtaposition of beautiful violin sounds and risqué lyrics has become one of Grande’s signature sounds, and it suits her well.

Grande laid bare may well be seen as a stopgap in her canon, using taboo to checkmate her past trauma, but it does pull off the rare feat of at least sounding effortless.

With little conflict and few psychological insights, Positions zeroes in on the enviable confidence that only pop stars on top of the world and with nothing to lose can afford. It's easy to write it off as empty calories, but pop has always been described in such terms: cake, candy, chocolate, confection. Positions isn't a "sweetener" but pure sugar.
