Sep 8, 2011Most of all, the music is a nostalgic trip to a time that most of its listeners have never actually experienced. That concept makes Out Of Love enchanting, but it's one of those albums that mood, time, place and company all have to line up correctly to capture the intended experience.

Aug 19, 2011Out of Love is a fun listen, but it doesn't go much deeper than that.
-
Aug 18, 2011The sequence of the songs doesn't do it justice as a collection, there are a couple of tracks that are dispensable and it lacks that one special song that makes you want to kick over your chair and make love to the room. But it does a lot of things right.

Aug 19, 2011There's half a very good album here, the rest is just a few clever musicians having some fun.
