    I used to listen to listen to only Halsey but after listening to NFR I don't think i can ever go back to such poor lyricism, awful screeching and stinky production. NFR is the album of the year Lana is competing with herself, she snapped with Cinnamon Girl ! I play this album every time i play team-fight tactics.

    This album is frank, humorous, poetic and melodically fantastic. Each of the songs carry worth to them, thus the record would not be the same if any were missing (apart from Doin Time... great cover just don’t know how well it blends with the record...) Lana’s fresh outlook on life and relationships is evident and shows an artist who has evolved and learned from each album, coming fullThis album is frank, humorous, poetic and melodically fantastic. Each of the songs carry worth to them, thus the record would not be the same if any were missing (apart from Doin Time... great cover just don’t know how well it blends with the record...) Lana’s fresh outlook on life and relationships is evident and shows an artist who has evolved and learned from each album, coming full circle back to a more raw and folky presentation but with a modern/pop twist! She has once again created a record that has its own unique sound and aesthetic, being unlike her other albums while still being influenced/paying homage to/by them (the serial killer and flipside references, for example) and thus a whole new era and vision. The surf, neon and general marine aesthetic she has dreamt up is refreshing- once again shaping a new image- and goes with the music- mariners, Venice b*tch... As her sound and outlook is so unique to her, her success as an alternative artist (who writes her own material) should not be seen as a threat by fans of other successful (mainstream pop) artists, who are just so different...     This album really got into my soul! I have been a fan since Paradise release, but she always overcome her old works, even though Ultraviolence is still my favorite, this one is in her trinity. My favorite tracks so far are "Cinnamon Girl" and "How to Disappear"

    This album is a work of art, just like all of her other albums. Lana’s vocals are angelic. Happiness is a butterfly & cinnamon girl are my current favorites, so beautiful. Some people are too used to pop and it is sad to see that, there are so many other artists with 10X as much talent.

    Norman **** Rockwell! is another amazing album from Lana Del Rey, possibly her best. The synthy production and new 'country' feel creates a unique body of work and presents a new direction for Lana's sound. The unbelievably soft (almost whispered) track 'Cinnamon Girl' is my personal favourite song on the album, it managed to make me cry and really feel what Lana was trying to convey.Norman **** Rockwell! is another amazing album from Lana Del Rey, possibly her best. The synthy production and new 'country' feel creates a unique body of work and presents a new direction for Lana's sound. The unbelievably soft (almost whispered) track 'Cinnamon Girl' is my personal favourite song on the album, it managed to make me cry and really feel what Lana was trying to convey. Overall the album is an emotional, her placing 'Love Song' and 'Cinnamon Girl' one after the other is almost emotional abuse, but there is a slight outlier, to me, in the form of the track 'California' as the delivery of the song just doesn't catch me like the rest of the songs on the album, it is still a good song its just not on the level of 'Cinnamon Girl', 'How To Disappear', 'Happiness is a Butterfly' and 'Love Song'. When the title track started playing I had one thought; 'Lana's back and she's cooler than ever'!… Expand

    It's so beautiful. Lana is such an evolving artist. She has really matured and found her voice through her music, which is very apparent in this album. Certain bits resemble some albums from her past, but she finds a way to make it fresh and equally, if not more, brilliant.

    It's a remarkably sharp pop record that retains her fascination with pop-culture iconography and the rosey simplicity of a post-war America where classic rock and blue jeans ruled and takes them to much deeper places. ... Think of it as an hour-long car ride peeling down the highway with classic rock blaring out of the radio and no real destination in mind other than where your impulsive nature might take you.
