    This is a Great Album, Taylor Swift, United Country and Pop, in a way that everything sounds Good, Romantic, Smooth, but at the same time Lively. This is due to the Order of the Tracks of the Album, It starts with a light Ballad and goes on animating throughout the Album and, obviously, like every pop album, It has Sentimental tracks, but without leaving the theme of the Album, country,This is a Great Album, Taylor Swift, United Country and Pop, in a way that everything sounds Good, Romantic, Smooth, but at the same time Lively. This is due to the Order of the Tracks of the Album, It starts with a light Ballad and goes on animating throughout the Album and, obviously, like every pop album, It has Sentimental tracks, but without leaving the theme of the Album, country, with Pop Beats, we see this Very well on tracks like Corneelia Street, and Death By a Thousand Cuts. He controlled and bypassed the visual media in his favor, to come up with a Sentimental, Romantic and Iconic Album, after a Dark Album, he managed to reach his audience with country and pop, pleasing both sides. Demás esta nombrar su himno feminista “The Man”, que bien podría considerarse como una de las mayores decepciones en cuanto liricas de parte de Swift, frases como “’Cause if I was a man, Then I would Be The Man” son repetidas en torno al estribillo con una producción brillante pero desperdiciada para una canción mediocre...".

    Fantastic! It was her most cohesive body of work and I can say that I'm impressed. It take me a few listen to complete enjoy the album, but suddenly I fell in love. Every song tell's you a story and with her brilliant songwriting you are completely captivated. I love it so much that I buy a physical copy just to play every day in my car hahaha. English is not my first language, but when IFantastic! It was her most cohesive body of work and I can say that I'm impressed. It take me a few listen to complete enjoy the album, but suddenly I fell in love. Every song tell's you a story and with her brilliant songwriting you are completely captivated.     This album is incredible with some of her best work such as Lover, Miss Americana & The heartbreak prince and many more. Wrong choice with lead singles but overall EXCELLENT album.

    In honor of Lover's second birthday (which is the reason I'm on a review sprint tonight), I wanted to share my thoughts on the album that defined 2019. Lover was a reset for Taylor, an obvious departure from the dark reputation and it was refreshing to see Taylor write another happy record. She sings in the first track (which is a perfect opener by the way) about forgetting the people whoIn honor of Lover's second birthday (which is the reason I'm on a review sprint tonight), I wanted to share my thoughts on the album that defined 2019. Lover was a reset for Taylor, an obvious departure from the dark reputation and it was refreshing to see Taylor write another happy record. She sings in the first track (which is a perfect opener by the way) about forgetting the people who did her wrong and that they mean nothing to her. It then goes into what I believe is the best song on the record, "Cruel Summer." The song pulsates and takes clear inspiration from St Vincent (who's a cowriter on this song). The bridge stands out the most of course, I mean no one thought that was Taylor the night the album dropped. The next track, "Lover" might be Taylor's most romantic track to date, only being rivaled by folklore's, "peace." The song also has a beautiful bridge and was written solo. "The Man" is a wonderful feminist anthem, and is followed by "The Archer," which is a wonderful track 5 about public pressures and being hated and then loved. The next tracks are all characterized by their sometimes emotional and love related themes. "Paper Rings" is a wonderful track, very 80s synth-pop comparable to some of the work on 1989. "ME!" and "You Need To Calm Down," were notably weaker songs but they were singles and sometimes singles just aren't made to be phenomenal songs. The album closes with "Daylight" which is another highlight on this album and while "Afterglow," as well as "Daylight" are sonically similar, thematically they're polar opposites. Taylor really did phenomenal work on this album and it's aged like wine being one of the most successful albums of 2019. Happy 2 year anniversary, Lover!… Expand

    Lover is a good album with actual songs that I liked but some tracks are really forgettable and brings nothing to the album. Also, the single 's choice are really bad except lover (song) because they don't represent the album. I had a feeling that too much repetitive.

    She is indeed the queen... of payola and promotion. She uses her white privilege and sympathy to make her fanbase drag other artists and people. This album is generic trash. Its a NO NO from me.

    lover might be the album that fits taylor’s personality the most while also showing how much she’s grown. everything about this album is perfect: the songs, the aesthetic, the merch... they’re all flawless! daylight is the perfect closure to the album and everything feels right with it. afterglow is marvelous. cruel summer is amazing. cornelia street is magnificent. death by a thousandlover might be the album that fits taylor’s personality the most while also showing how much she’s grown. everything about this album is perfect: the songs, the aesthetic, the merch... they’re all flawless! daylight is the perfect closure to the album and everything feels right with it. afterglow is marvelous. cruel summer is amazing. cornelia street is magnificent. death by a thousand cuts is fantastic. the archer is beautiful. the man is brilliant. and the other songs are as good as those, but these are the highlights of lover. this album is taylor’s essence and soul, it’s pure and genuine taylor at its best. i will never get over how perfectly flawless and impecable this album is. i’ll always love it and have it as one of my top favorites.

    This album has some of the best songs in her discography such as Cornelia street and daylight, but also some of her worst such as ME!. ME! is a song I enjoy and like but its production is very childish but after watching miss Americana I understand why. This album is great, its messages and production + the lyrics (for most), make the album an amazing score of 9.5/10.

    En este álbum Taylor nos hace ver como es ella realmente, una persona feliz, divertida, romántica, delicada, sencilla. Un álbum pop para todos Desde ME! que me hizo darme cuenta que no hay nadie como yo, amo este álbum, y sobretodo la canción Lover que es una de las más lindas de toda la carrera de Taylor.

    I love Taylor but between the absolute masterpieces of reputation and folklore this one seems a little more forgettable even though still great. I like that she has some more political songs this time like Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Price, The Man and You Need To Calm Down.     Taylor has changed so much over the years and this album shows it, the production is not as big as it was in reputation but it’s still so fresh and new and so many of these songs are so amazing.

    Is it her most cohesive magical album? No. But do I love every song? Yes. However I don't think they all belonged on this album. I think he knows sounds straight from Rep and songs like The archer and it's nice to have a friend sound like they should be on folklore.     Primeiro álbum dela que escutei inteiro, não gosto muito deste estilo mas o dela até que me conquistou, gosto da maioria das músicas, algumas eu deixaria de fora e a minha favorita é a faixa-título Lover.

    I love everything this woman does, but daylight...OMG, what a closing album track...
    Strongly recommend this great feeling that is listening to this album, there is nothing this woman can't do. Please check out what is like to be in love, also Cornelia Street was a BIG serve.
