Pound for pound the greatest album of all time, the instrumentals, the vocals and the producing are all stunning. DJ Khaled really shows off his masterclass skills on tracks like God Did, where he inspires all of his listeners in the intro. 100/10 it’s the greatest album I’ve ever listened to.

He stays in the background for most of God Did’s 18 tracks—but once in a while, he finally tiptoes out of his usual templates. It’s not enough to salvage a bogged-down album, but coming from him, even a little experimentation is surprising.

"Juice WRLD Did" doesn't have the same ring to it, but the wobbling/chiming track is among the album's few other memorable moments despite being dusted off and slapped into the sequence after Khaled added his vocal stamp.

Listening to Khaled’s albums is like searching for blessings amidst the chaff, and the signal-to-noise ratio is generally low. But God Did isn’t as torturously bad as, say, 2019’s Father of Asahd.
