    Absolutely a nostalgic hit from the start. Every single track transports you back in time, but her modernised and adult vocals are a lot stronger.

    It's a great album that talks both about feelings and things that can happen and anyone thinks. It is a masterpiece and deserves a lot of marks ... Nor should we forget that even though it is un álbum del 2008, tiene 6 canciones nuevas lo que hace que el álbum sea llamativo. Si tienen la oportunidad escuchenlo y comprenlo.     After a decade & a half of maturing as an artist, I am incredibly impressed she resisted the urge to update & “re-do” this album. It’s a mature approach to the album that made us all fall in love with Taylor Swift. The difference I do find is there is less pain in her voice. Although I’m happy she is happier today, I do appreciate the real feeling in the song when you record it (not 13After a decade & a half of maturing as an artist, I am incredibly impressed she resisted the urge to update & “re-do” this album. It’s a mature approach to the album that made us all fall in love with Taylor Swift. The difference I do find is there is less pain in her voice. Although I’m happy she is happier today, I do appreciate the real feeling in the song when you record it (not 13 years later). What excellent execution of adding mature vocals while not changing the country twang, adding happiness and growth and maturity to these vocals but not losing the 18 year old glow. The new tracks: I understand why they didn’t make it onto the record but I’m glad I get to hear what lives in Taylor’s vault. It completed the era in a way I feel good we didn’t miss out on anything too wild. The Fearless track list we had is the correct Fearless track list. The new vocals are what we needed a decade and a half later. This is an excellent album with excellent execution. Good job. Also, shout out to Jack Antonoff; thanks for your lovely work!… Expand

    Taylor did what she had to do. She's purely the best artist out there. I am so proud she is doing this despite what all music experts have told her. The whole album is such a beautiful project, loved it in 2008, still love it in 2021 :)

She redefined and outdid the well-beloved songs from the original album beautifully and wonderfully while keeping the old country charm the Old Taylor had when the original Fearless album was first released. Normies would just say nostalgia just built the hype, but no; Taylor’s immense songwriting prowess is as if they’re already embedded in her blood. Majestic and successful strategy to reconnect an over-a-decade record to her fans, who have been there from the start.

    Most obviously changed is her voice, which has strengthened and deepened over the years. Her choruses are a bit less breathy, and she glides into belting without sounding strained. There are micro-changes in inflection.

    Swift largely re-creates the arrangements and feel of the original 2008 album, yet her voice and phrasing has aged, giving the music a hint of bittersweet gravity. That said, it's only a hint; Fearless (Taylor's Version) serves the purpose of offering new versions that could be substituted for the originals for licensing purposes. It's to Swift's credit that the album is an absorbing (if long) listen anyway.
