BE is like a comforting hug from an old friend. It's melancholic and uplifting at same time. The beauty of this album is the pure sincerity expressed in lyrics. An album to be appreciated for a long time.

nothing special tbh. dynamite is really overrated, the lyrics are generic and the rest songs are quite simple. they could do better imo...

I want to give my honest unbiased opinion here I really love BTS but aside from dynamite this album is so disappointing and It sucks for me to admit this because I know the members all worked hard on this album but BE is really only good for maybe a couple of listens and then it just gets boring, idk why they started using so much auto tune either its in almost every track i've beenI want to give my honest unbiased opinion here I really love BTS but aside from dynamite this album is so disappointing and It sucks for me to admit this because I know the members all worked hard on this album but BE is really only good for maybe a couple of listens and then it just gets boring, idk why they started using so much auto tune either its in almost every track i've been waiting for them to surpass Love yourself:Tear era for 2 years that was the year they almost disbanded and it spawned the most record breaking korean album at the time creating a streak of #1 hits for them its full of quality tracks from top to bottom because It came from their raw emotion and hardship every track from 134340 to Singularity to fake love they do so well with hip hop and r&b tracks but they just seem to have abandon it in 2018? They briefly revisited it with black swan which in my opinion was a huge loss because that song was incredible their most visually and conceptually stunning release since ly:tear but the rollout of the single was horrific so it underperformed unfortunately and again with their track UGH! In mots7 a huge miss to expand their audience beyond armys and the pop genre if they actually promoted it in the US where rap is the top genre and im aware some army's will be mad and call me a fake fan but its already reflecting in the charts as its only been 1 day and BE is already dropping ....BTS needs to revisit their roots go back to dark n wild and take inspiration from the oldschool bangtan we all fell in love with Expand

i want to give my honest opinion, i really love BTS. it's suck for me to admit but this album is so disappointing. aside from dynamite, the other song is really boring. I mean I've listened to all the songs in this album and its only good if we listen for a couple times, idk about what the other fans think but this is my opinion. hopefully in next album they will bring the better album

This album screams that I was for fans. The album is so boring but I could love some songs on the album. Also Skit is really unnecessary. Generally, I don’t like this album.

I'm very conflicted on this album. While I do love the songs, there's nothing new that we haven't heard from the septet before. The sounds of 'Life Goes On' and 'Blue & Grey' are very reminiscent of the early stages of the band's discography, such as the sounds in 'The Most Beautiful Moment in Life' and in 'You Never Walk Alone.' The sounds of 'Life Goes On' and 'Blue & Grey' are very reminiscent of the early stages of the band's discography, such as the sounds in 'The Most Beautiful Moment in Life' and in 'You Never Walk Alone.' The songs 'Fly To My Room' and 'Telepathy' could easily be on the tracklist of 'Love Yourself: Her' and I wouldn't notice. 'Dis-ease' is very similar to the bouncy 'HOME' in 'MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA' and 'Stay' is basically the second part of 'So What' in the mellow but contradictory 'Love Yourself: Tear.' And yet, I still love this album. I still love the septet's sound. I can't help but sing to the final distorted notes on 'Life Goes On' and I can't help but dance in my chair to 'Dis-ease' and 'Telepathy.' But in the end, I was just very underwhelmed after hearing this for the first time. I was waiting for more. Sure, this is an EP with barely thirty minutes of music but honestly, I've seen MANY other EP's just as short as this one be more exploratory and miles ahead in lyricism and production (for example, 'RINA' by Rina Sawayama and 'M3LL155X' by FKA twigs, just to name a few). I know BTS can do better and I know the boys are amazing producers and songwriters. They have produced and wrote heartfelt and heartBREAKING songs, such as 4 O'Clock (a duet between RM and V) and House of Cards (a quartet featuring the vocalists of the group). The lyrics on this EP are honestly just lackluster. Sure, they have that message of hope for the future and dealing with situations of the present (especially on 'Life Goes On') but we've heard this too many times this year.

However, at the end of the day, this is still a decent EP. This is still a melancholy, yet bouncy, EP. This is still a nice, but lackluster, EP. I'm just hoping the septet explores more and reaches further heights on their next EP or studio album because I know they can do better than this.

BTS steps in the right direction due to a newly founded vulnerability - that MOTS:7 needed so badly. armed with a precise production, honest lyrics, and a total lack of ego, this album is BTS at its peak: lighthearted, straight-forward, and original. deserved to be a lot longer.

It's probably my least fav album of them... Some songs were just boring and didn't hit for me. Still appreciated dynamite and life goes on.

I have listened to the entire Album and all the tracks are so comforting. My personal favorite is Life Goes On and Fly To My Room. It is so timely considering that the entire world is on a sortnof lockdown due to the pandemic.

This album provides a sense of comfort that everyone needs during these difficult times, and reminds us that these 7 men from Korea understand us. With each listen, with a deeper understanding of their messages and lyrics, each song has a part in telling their story as a whole. BTS never fails to bring sincerity and love within each song. Maybe a little bit of passion inside their lyrics could help the lack of creativity

Razoável. Não é o melhor album te 2020, com certeza. Sua música Dynamite é com certeza um dos pop's mais chicletes e genéricos que já ouvi. Além de o uso exagerado de autotune.

I decided to listen to this album after seeing it highly reviewed. While the song I had heard back in 2020, Dynamite, is a catchy and a hit for me, the rest of the album falls flat - fillers that don't leave me feeling as optimistic as when I started listening.

BE is the album in which BTS's sound crosses over to cement the type of legacy they're building – one that started in youth and is very proudly Korean, but that makes sense for any age or place.

Frustration and grief animate these songs, but it’s their simplicity and specificity that make them compelling.

Deciding to reflect on states of mind some of us could resonate to – especially this year – BE serves as a chronicle of what 2020 has been during lockdown: a year of uncertainty, anxiety, depression and frustration. But it also delivers hope for the future.
