this version is much nicer with clearer sounds, instrumentals that fit, i believe this is taylor's best re-recording to date, plus the tracks from the vault are nostalgic and feel like they belong on the original album

Why this obsession Taylor? Like seriously? The original was mid, but this re-record is Worse than the original version. Taylor has zero creativity and this is just repetitive. Her voice is worse than it used to be. You just set yourself up for failure. Now everyone is gonna judge you. Oh well. She sings worse than years ago and I really don't feel necessary these new versions of her old albums.

This album speaks to who Taylor swift is a Singer, Songwriter and storyteller she expressed lost love with a twist of attitude and spunk with the masterpiece “I can see you.” The whole album is a catalogue of songs that stand out on their own.

One of my favorite album of hers and hearing it with her matured vocals is such a treat. The vault songs further shows Swift's skill in writing and storytelling with songs like When Emma Falls in Love, Timeless and Foolish One. An overall enjoyable listen and pleasant walk to a familiar soundscape.

This understated makeover casts Speak Now not as the final Taylor country record but as the first pop album from the singer/songwriter, a revision that offers its own gentle revisions.

Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) is a nod to one of life’s central truths: you can’t go back in time, and you can never perfectly replicate your youth, but there are always new paths forward.

Throughout Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), Swift sometimes mutes the messy adolescent impulses that gave these songs their spark. But elsewhere, she divests from fantasy archetypes—the knight on a white horse, the helpless child—that once limited her. Think of the new Speak Now as a call and response between who she was and who she is.
