Apr 8, 2016This album is excellent! From the aggressive signature Deftones sound to the melodic spacey bits. Any fan old or new has a lot of great tracks to take in here. Phantom Bride snagged my attention the hardest as I feel there's a lot of emotion in that track. One Love for Chi Cheng! I'm sure he's smiling down on this album proud as can be.

Apr 11, 2016My favourite Deftones album as a whole. It might not have the best individual tracks but i think that's a plus. I might go as far as to say that all of the tracks are exceptional, except maybe Pittura Infamante and Xenon, the latter being the better one of the two.

Apr 8, 2016Deftones just keep evolving. Carpenter lays down some sick ass riffs while being backed up by Moreno's ace vocals. This album gives my ears seductive pleasure.

Apr 30, 2016"It's as though the band set out to compile their various influences into the worst combinations possible. Boring in its best moments, frequently dischordant to the point of being nothing more than noise.

Apr 8, 2016Absolutely my favorite Deftones album thus far. It even beats "Saturday Night Wrist" and "Koi No Yokan." Literally the only reason I'm not giving this a perfect 10 is because I am hoping against hope that they can magic up another album even more fantastic than this one. Deftones 4 Prez 2016!

Apr 12, 2016Deftones managed to make the violence and rage in 'Gore' something sensible and beautiful.
Best Tracks: Prayers/Triangles; Acid Hologram; Doomed User; Rubicon. -
Apr 13, 2016It's a great album, sonically akin to 'Saturday Night Wrist' with a shoegaze tinge in its atmosphere, but quality-wise it's a minor step down for the band. Still, a relatively subpar Deftones album is well above average by any other medium. The last three tracks are superb.

Sep 24, 2016Deftones nunca decepciona, que album tan glorioso, es poderoso de principio a fin y me encanta el hecho de que todo el disco tiene una sincronia que me pone la piel de gallina. Enhorabuena!

Apr 25, 2016I don't know why Stephen didn't want to record this album - it's still amazing though. Very decent eargasm album by Deftones from first track to last.

Apr 25, 2016A painful release. A great band with great albums, but this definitely isn't their best. Gore comes across as an awkward hiccup in a sea of marvelous achievements for Deftones. The production seems to be lacking the most as each song has great elements that just don't tie together cohesively.

May 21, 2016This is a great record from a group that has been in the game a long time. Gore has incredible cohesion with it's melodies and hard riffs. Chino and Steph have done us another solid.

Jun 2, 2016Running at you full-steam ahead, seeing red and gutting you. This album is testament to the trials and tribulations they've endured and more so, how they've risen up.

May 20, 2016There’s the odd filler track, such as Phantom Bride--an experimental shriekathon, which even guitar parts from special guest Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains can’t save--but those aside, Gore is an album with the depth and emotional range that Deftones fans have come to expect.
-
Apr 25, 2016Gore is a listen as complex and engrossing as we’ve come to expect from Deftones, and they continue to be a band that matures organically, becoming more and more fluid in their own craft.
