    I wanted to like this album, but I cannot. There are a few songs I like such as "Make Me..." and "Man on the Moon," but the rest I cannot tolerate.

    One word to describe this album is euphoric. This is Britney at her best. The style and vibe of this album are different from her previous work, but they are just as good as the music she made at her peak.

    Producer Mischke is probably going to be very much in demand after creating one of the best pop albums of the year. Despite some tracks that try too hard ('Private Show', 'What You Need'), the album is full of hooks and unexpectedly good vocals. It's not controlled by EDM, R&B, or pop. What we've been given is a record that combines them all into one genre.     Her most cohesive album to date, it's a rare pop gem. After "Britney Jean" and the misfire that was, I thought Britney's career was over. Boy, did she prove me wrong. Returning with this bob, filled with great songs, such as "Love Me Down", "Make Me" and the haunting "Coupure Electrique", she's clearly here to rule. Sounding more involved and happy than ever, she seems to have beenHer most cohesive album to date, it's a rare pop gem. After "Britney Jean" and the misfire that was, I thought Britney's career was over. Boy, did she prove me wrong. Returning with this bob, filled with great songs, such as "Love Me Down", "Make Me" and the haunting "Coupure Electrique", she's clearly here to rule. Sounding more involved and happy than ever, she seems to have been responsible for every single phase of this album's creation. She blends R & B with pop and sometimes EDM and it's beyond any doubt that she does it really really well. Also, it's probably her only album to not include any filler-songs. Almost everything here could be huge. From the retro heaven "Slumber Party" to the aggressively fantastic "Liar". Furthermore , her voice is incredibly genuine here and almost not processed at all. She's done huge progress and it's only fitting that we applaud her for that. The only issue is that the bonus tracks are so good that it seems sad they aren't part of the standard edition. It's club-friendly, it's modern, it's everything fans could have expected and more. It's like a lovechild to "Blackout" and "In The Zone", her other two best albums. Probably the best pop album of 2016 so far, it's so addictive. A must of this year! She really defied my expectations.… Expand

    This album lacks soul and glory itself. Almost every song on it gives me the feeling that all miss Spears wants to do at the end of her career is "singing" in Vegas, raising children and putting out some intended-to-be-trendy songs that sound like her back vocalists actually sing them (or maybe that's the point actually).

    This album makes me happy. After Britney Jean's flop, Britney's on the right track for pop domination (again) with this album. Really inspired by the new pop, great producers. For me, Britney's there to make me dance, I ask nothing more from her, and she's delivering with this "In the zone" inspired album.

    I'm really surprised by Britney's work on this album, wasn't expecting all the experimental sounds that goes perfect with her voice that she is actually using now, her fans have been asking for something like this and finally it seems like she did it, sex is obviously the motor of this album and i'm not complaining, we can hear a more mature Britney

    Glory is one of her best albums yet. Ever since 'Blackout', the gleaming EDM beats captures her energy she displays in the album. I consider this to be her reboot, her actual comeback to music ever since 2007.

    MASSIVE improvement over its predecessor Britney Jean, Glory is a great album and incredibly consistent. With a wide variety of sounds and styles, nice vocals and memorable lyrics Britney has provided a great summer album. Favourites include Man on the Moon, Clumsy, Just Like Me, Better and Invitation.

    Her best album. Has influence from around the world and features new styles she has never explored before. my favourite song is Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes). This is my definition of greatness and she needs to be rewarded from the effort she put into this GLORY. GIVE HER A GRAMMY!

She didn't need it to be a surprise album for the hype, and didn't require an exclusive deal to ensure sales. She clearly did it for the love of the music and her fans.     Here Britney doesn't try to bring us a new music paradigm. In this album, Britney tries to give us joy in a time when she's in a good place, probably, in her own glory, one full of uncomplicated and easy things, as she is. In this position, Brit is ready to send us an invitation to reach our own glory; or at least, something close    If "Blackout" was innovation, "Glory" is redemption.

    Here Britney doesn't try to bring us a new music paradigm. In this album, Britney tries to give us joy in a time when she's in a good place, probably, in her own glory, one full of uncomplicated and easy things, as she is.

    In this position, Brit is ready to send us an invitation to reach our own glory; or at least, something close to that. As she says in the first track, "feel my energy"; and as we can suppose, a glorious one.

    This album has a simple but effective concept: be part of Britney's intimacy. Obviously, this intimate invitation is full of sexual content, but it's more than that. It is the unpretentious story that we can hear along the 17 tracks on the album which includes some sparks of living, nostalgia, sadness and liberation.

    "Glory" starts just cleverly, with an "Invitation" to set us free, -something that nobody would deny attending, right? This is the main message of the whole production. In this first track, we can find lyrics that are beautifully accompanied with an angelic and heart-beating melody that gives chills all over the body. Maybe the vocals are overproduced, but that doesn't overshadow the smart, soulful and suggestive welcome to this private party with Britney.

    The album (deluxe version) ends as it starts, with a sensual mid-tempo song - One mid-tempo that asks to turn off the lights, because the intimate party moment with the princess of pop is over for now. This outro track, as the first one, has an appropriate title: "Coupure Électrique" ("Blackout" in English). After all, that is what happens when the party goes off. It's time to kill the lights. It is a brilliant ending for this unexpected story that Britney brings in Glory. A story that tells us -but never commands, only suggests us- to "enjoy a break and let us be ourselves" until the music is over.

    There is some kind of poetry there, even if it's just a fun collection of dance songs, made for entertainment. There is a concept beyond the great production -many other people can describe this aspect in a better way than me-, a concept that teaches us: live in the moment. The coherent and honest Glory's statement takes Britney to another dimension as a recording artist.

    As we know, Britney has many dance albums full of club gems, but none of them reach a sophisticated level like Glory does. Coherence, unpretentious storytelling and great A-material are the reasons why I gave it 10/10.

It gives us a total new idea of Mrs. Spears' sounds, in a total experimental album full of tracks that make you go on an endless trip. Each track was amazingly produced, but as every album, itBritney is back FOR SURE! Everyone was like "Britney is back on circus" "britney is back on femme fatale" "britney is back on britney jean" but none of those albums was as great and fresh as Glory. It gives us a total new idea of Mrs. Spears' sounds, in a total experimental album full of tracks that make you go on an endless trip. Each track was amazingly produced, but as every album, it has its ups and downs. The highest points of this album are the vocals in every track, Britney gave the songs a new life with her vocals, some of them were really impressive and never-seen-before, like the hymn What You Need. She doesn't stop there, she is also singing in spanish in Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes) and FRENCH in Coupure Électrique. The negative sides of this album is that some tracks get boring after the first chorus, they sound like looping the verses, Just Luv Me is one of those songs. The lyrics are great, Britney did really well with it, but the instrumental makes the song very predictable after the first 30 seconds of it. Anyway, Spears' new album is amazing and have all the types of beat, from jazz-inspired songs (Private Show) to acoustic ballads that could still be played at night clubs (Just Like Me, Liar, Man On The Moon), it also includes reggae-inspired songs (Love Me Down, Slumber Party) and brazilian funk like If I'm Dancing. It's definetely worth it, you can't listen to this album without enjoying ANY songs, you'll fall in love to at least one of them. Congratulation Mrs. Spears for this masterpiece, that we hope it's just the first of many experimental projects you still may have ahead!… Expand

    Honestly this album is not only an improvement from her last 3 efforts but I think is one of if not the best pop album of 2016, the songs are catchy, lyrics are good and to my surprise her vocals sound great.

    The album features distinct materials which showcase Britney Spears' vocals in the best way possible. She might not write every single song in this album, but every song has special connection to her in a magical way. It can be heard though her not-so-over-processed vocals. Oops! She did it again.

It has a more RnB vibe, though, there are some pretty good pop-dance tracks, such as "Do You Wanna Come Over?" and "Slumber Party". I was really surprised by the quality of the Deluxe Edition tracks, which are better than some of the Standard Edition ones."Glory" is for sure one of the best albums Britney has ever released. We can understand the emotion and the feeling in all the songs. It has a more RnB vibe, though, there are some pretty good pop-dance tracks, such as "Do You Wanna Come Over?" and "Slumber Party". The production here is incredible, the track-listing is on point ("Invitation" is a good opener and "Coupure Electrique" the perfect closer) and the vocals are better than ever, even though we can clearly hear the auto-tune in some tracks, which can be annoying. My personal favorites are "Change Your Mind", "Liar", "Coupure Electrique" and "Just Luv Me".

    This is a welcome comeback to Spears having control of her own music and being able to experiment with her sound. She actually sounds ALIVE and into her music. This is definitely worth picking up. You will not regret it.    Her best since In the Zone and Blackout. Glory takes inspiration, it explores. Britney breaks away from the bubblegum pop persona she has been forced into since 2007.

    This is a welcome comeback to Spears having control of her own music and being able to experiment with her sound. She actually sounds ALIVE and into her music. This is definitely worth picking up. You will not regret it.

Em ''Just Like Me" Brit soa tão natural que parece que ela é uma amiga minha me contando do ex-namorado que arrumou uma menina muito parecida com ela. Das inúmeras tentativas de ser uma mulher fatal "Private Show" é aGlory pra mim foi uma grande surpresa vindo da Britney. Muito bem construído e produzido ao ouvirmos faixas como "Man On The Moon" ,"Hard to forget Ya" e a rancorosa 'Liar".     Far below today pop music quality. Although there are 17 tracks in album, in my opinion "Man on the Moon" is the only track that you maybe will be listening for days, the rest just not worth it.

    Finally Britney giving us some mature, sexy as hell music. Songs like Do you wanna come over?, Better, Invitation, Slumber Party and pretty much every song on the album are intoxicating. We need more of this from Britney, she is undoubtedly on her way back to join Beyonce, Rihanna in the upper echelon of pop music.

    Glory is a shameless pop album in which Spears has made a clear creative impact working with some of the best producers at the moment. Glory features a cohesive masterpieces in the form of Do You Wanna Come Over and Change Your Mind which sadly mean that some less punchy songs such as Better are overshadowed by greatness. Glorious!

    The best Pop album of the Year. Im really happy for Britney. She's the only survivor of 90'years. So nice vocals e great instrumentals. The best for me are Slumber Party, Change Your Mind, Love Me Down and Liar.

    The problem with this album was the missed opportunities. This record have great tracks like Slumber Party, Better, Private Show and one of the best songs in Britney's career: Make Me. I feel an amazing improvement from her past record (Britney Jean), it just feels more mature and fresh. Nothing relevant in the vocal aspect, something regular when we talk about Britney.

    It's no In the zone or Blackout -- but it's a solid album, and her best in years. There's a perfect mix between ballads, pop songs, and upbeat tempo songs. You can tell Britney is proud of this album, evoking confidence in every song.

    Escutar o Glory é um pouco Nostálgico, pois você sente aquele POP característico, porém de forma contemporânea. Ainda consegue se embebedar de várias fontes, pois as musicas possuem ritmos diferentes. Realmente Glorioso.

It's pure pop with influences from different generes with its country, rnb, and alternative beats. It has some vulnerable moments and has some angry moments. You get to hear her emotion through her voice. Speaking of her voice, it has defiantly improved. There are some crystal clear moments like in "Change Your Mind (No seas cortes)" and the bridge of "Just Luv Me'".Overall its a 10/10 from me. I'd be surprised if it didn't get nominated for any Grammy awards at least in the pop field.… Expand

    Like Britney herself, Glory is a fascinating if flawed listen--while she remains very much a singles artist, this is her most successful record in a while, and still contains glimpses of why she remains so compelling, 18 years into her career.
