    Louis Tomlinson sure knows how to make real music! I, for one do not completely love the urban sound being produced in pop music today, so to hear all the authentic and original sounds of guitar, drums and piano, is why I believe Walls is an incredible album. The lyrics then go on to make it even more enjoyable, the authenticity, honesty and genuineness are apparent in every line written.Louis Tomlinson sure knows how to make real music!     The walls album is a masterpiece, the lyrics speak to me and you can clearly hear the authenticity in the songs especially in two of us. this song specifically inspires hope for those who have lost a loved one. a song like walls talks about going through struggles in life and coming up on top as a winner. in general the whole album is phenomenal and extraordinary.

    Perfect! Beautiful mix of songs. Proper Pop/Rock/Indie songs with exceptional songwriting! Gives so much Oasis vibes! Great Debut for Louis Tomlinson. And his vocals are great! Give it a listen! Its worth your time!

    It's a really nice album, the lyrics are so strong, you almost can feel the same things he did, this guy from one direction surprised me with a full deep album where the words, voice and instrumental complete each other making an incredible harmony, emotional!

    It is an amazing album with a great power to become bigger. Everything is perfect and his voice is amazing. The lyrics are a true masterpiece and they're powerful, they touch you in an incredible way. Louis Tomlinson deserves a lot of respect for this album.

    Louis Tomlinson new album not only sounds incredibly good but it's also absolutely so well written. Most songs' lyrics get to you and even if you haven't experienced the same feelings that are described, you still get to relate to those words.     This album surprised me a lot. Since the influence of the 90s, his indie rhythm and the sweet voice of this boy. He's a very good interpreter and songwriter, I hope he continues like this.

    I think louis tomlinson did an amazing job with this album, is a really chill one, with beautiful lyrics and a good continuation of his life as a one direction member, with a little oasis vibe, I genuinely love it a lot, I hope he keeps making music.

    I am pleasantly surprised with this album, the lyric of each of the songs accompanied by the melody and the right voice. Without a doubt the best album of 1D members. 100% recommended.

    Really impressed about his one, Louis put a hard 3 years work and this and was so worth it, the sounds of this album is just amazing, shows his old rock inspirations and I’m so happy about it.

    Definitely a must listen! I wasn’t a fan of 1d and only knew bits about them from of my niece so I wasn’t exactly sure what i was getting into when I listened to the album , but must say im happy with the results! Its been a while since I listened to such a vulnerable, emotion filled album. Defenseless is my favorite simply because of how raw and vulnerable it is. Louis sure knows how toDefinitely a must listen!     Real good album, remembers me from early 2000s pop-rock. It's mature (Walls, Two of Us, We made it, Too young) but you can still see he's having fun and enjoying his youth (Always you, Kill my mind, Fearless, Perfect now) while growing up as a man and as an artist. His voice is a masterpiece, never seen anything alike! Louis Tomlinson has a lot of talent and I'm excited to see more of his work.

    Walls is one of the best albums I've heard in the last few years, honest and optimistic compositions, incredible vocals and the sound is as close as Louis has ever come to his identity. This boy has a lot of potential and this album proves it!

    My favorite album right now! Loving that he used real instruments. The combination of beautiful lyrics and catchy melodies is done perfectly. I think he's done good job with his debut album.

    The songs actually sounded like my childhood’s alternative rock era. I hope more songs like these. The guitar and drums, I missed that era. Good job lad. Will check you out more.

    Listening to the whole album made me tear up and just sounded completely different than how I heard his singles. I feel Louis really let us into his mind through his music. His songs aren't just made for the fans but for himself. You can tell how much time he put into but the heart each song holds. I honestly am so proud of him.

    I honestly never payed much attention to one direction but after hearing that Louis Tomlinson was the last of the boys to release an album I thought I would check it out. My unbiased opinion is that ‘Walls’ is one of the best albums to be released by a 1D member. He may not have the ‘strongest’ voices but he knows how to use his voice incredibly well. I also love the oasis vibe. 10/10

I wasn't really sure what to expect from a one direction member trying to venture into the likes of indie and Oasis inspired music but Louis Tomlinson has outsold himself. I feel incredibly lucky to have chosen to give this album a listen for I'm addicted to it now. Starting from the peppy, fast beats of kill my mind to the soul-touching only the brave and with lyrical masterpieces like fearless and don't let it break your heart, Louis Tomlinson proves himself worthy of every accolade he ever recieved. His falsetto and the bridge in defenseless are really impressive. There's a taste of 1D here and there in songs like perfect now but what else do you expect from someone who was responsible for more than half of the band's lyrical masterpieces. I wish there was a rating of 1000/10 to give because that's what this album deserves. Louis Tomlinson may not be perfect but he's definitely one of the best musicians and songwriters in the world.… Expand

    This album is pure and raw. I cannot stress this enough when I say this the most honest album. There are not enough musical experiments but speaks volumes to listener to keep you hooked. Always You and Habit are jams. This album is packed with songs for your highs and lows. The most amazing thing about this album is Louis' vocals obviously for those who love a little raw and raspy voice.

    Tomlinson's debut album is one of the most beautiful I've ever heard. The lyrics, vocals and melodies are just perfect. He's telling us a story. He's the story. This album got me through so many different emotions, something I've never felt before. Definitely my favourite so far. Louis Tomlinson is the most talented man I've ever known.

For his first album, I think he was really brave to change his sound in the middle of the way and have the necessity to be 100% honest and true to his fans, and also himself. You can actually see a little bit ofSuch an emotional and personal work. You can feel all of his emotions and his sentimental side throughout the songs, since Two of Us and DLIBYH to Always You, Habit or Defenceless. For his first album, I think he was really brave to change his sound in the middle of the way and have the necessity to be 100% honest and true to his fans, and also himself. You can actually see a little bit of this midway-change during the album by comparing some songs in it, but it doesn't make the experience less magic. It's a mix, it's an experiment, a transition. It's his first album and he gave his best. This is only a small piece of what Louis is capable of as a solo artist, something that a lot of people wouldn't expect of him back in the One Direction's times, when he tried to guarantee his place as a songwriter due to the lack of attention he had on the vocals, for example. Only The Brave is the perfect ending for Walls and for what Louis still has to tell us in his next works. It sounds really personal and intimate, even though he didn't write on this track. In the middle of 11 tracks that were all written by him, we can say that he chose it for a reason, that's for sure. It's only the beginning for Louis to shine and he has all the talent for a brilliant future. "It's a solo song and it's only for the brave."… Expand

Walls, Kill My Mind e Only the Brave certamente se destacam majestosamente. Para finalizar, algo que não pude deixar de notar foi a neutralidade dos gêneros nas músicas; se não me engano houve apenas uma em que ele cita a palavra “queen/rainha”, dando a entender que é uma mulher, entretanto, em nenhuma outra há essa especificação. O que torna tudo mais interessante porque as musicas poderão ser usadas tanto por pessoas heterossexuais, como por homoafetivas. Posso dizer que Louis Tomlinson certamente ganhou mais uma fã!… Expand

    its a really good album. i wont give a ten just cause louis still seem a little lost about what path to really go in his carrer but its okay cause its his first album i guess, its just that some songs kinda break the indie vibe he was trying to go for most of the album. still a very good one, it shows how the dudes super talented. i look forward to his next album as well

    I was excited about this much talked about album and I have to say that I was impressed with how good it is. The sound quality that fills my ears is fantastic, his soft voice made me shiver completely. It brings a nostalgia for Oasis in Walls that I really loved. There are also no complaints lyrically bc these lyrics are beautiful, mature and honest, Louis is a really good composer.     This is a beautiful work made by this talent man for his fans! Every song is well written, these lyrics tell something, it's not mainstream bulls***, it's not for sales. He puts himself in it, that's so important. Maybe it sounds a bit like one direction bc he was the one who wrote most of the band's songs, it's not a bad thing it means he is finding his way to his true self as an artist.

There was a lovely sense of nostalgia for what I assume are his musical influences, and it's a breath of fresh air in today's music.     Tomlinson surprised me with this album! I was like "I'm not going to listen to this, it sounds like all the other kids in pop" but no, it's different and catchy. I feel in my adolescence again with the vibe of your album, I will keep an eye on your works because I found a great composer and singer!!!

    This album is purely fantastic and artist really showed his emotions and give a part of himself in it. The notes are so amazing and catchy and if you love playful guitar tune you should definitely give it a moment to hear. He really did an amazing job.

    Try as he may, Tomlinson has not quite progressed from featured voice to solo artist. For all the major changes in his life, his music seems to be stuck in place. You can take the boy out of the boyband, but not the boyband out of the boy.

    Even if the songs on Walls aren't the most distinct or memorable, they come from a place of authenticity that's genuinely heartwarming and enjoyable. Like any other settled adult, he's perfectly content to stick to the reliable and Walls winds up being the most mature and natural of the ex-1D bunch.
