    This album was so so so compelling and new and different! I love the production, phineas really came through with the beats! The standout of the album though was the lyrics. Camila wrote lyrics that made my heart ache. They were so vulnerable, raw, and real. I could feel the emotions in the way she sang whether that be mad, sad, happy etc. My favs from the album are dream of you, used toThis album was so so so compelling and new and different!     It is pure art, you can imagine the situation while listening to the songs, Camila Cabello grew and made a more sensitive album, she gave herself in the songs and that should be hella appreciated.

    Her best work to date! I love the details in this album. Everything is so well done. The production, the vocals, harmonies, and melodies are all so good. She keeps elevating herself as a artist and I love that. Even the performances have had so much work and detail put into it. Camila is definitely an artist that will be around for a long time.

    Achei um álbum bem experimental, com muitas coisas diferentes, principalmente vocalmente falando, mas entendo as críticas estarem mistas, acho que é muito ame ou odeie. Eu não desgostei de nenhuma música, e quanto mais vc escuta mais as músicas crescem. É bem diferente de seu primeiro álbum.

    A wonderful album! It has song for several different musical tastes while being cohesive at the same time. It’s raw, emotional, and brutally honest. The lyrics are well written, and the visuals are stunning. The sound is fresh while also being reminiscent of sounds that are well loved.

    Camila Cabello’s new album, "Romance" has everything about love to ever exist. From just crushing on a person to 'making love', then marriage. It makes you feel types of things about love, you never knew existed. The words she uses to sing makes the album absolutely beautiful. One stand out song is, "First Man" a song about her father. Absolutely beautiful and heartwarming.

    Great album, it has every kind of expressed feeling for every kind of love experience. It's impossible not to relate to some of it.
    It has lyrical intelligence, it really makes you need to listen to the lyrics, not just bouncing on the rythm. It has a lot of variety, every song is different sonically. A pleasure to listen to it over and over.

Every song describes a different step in the process of falling in love or a different kind of love (First Man is for her father).     For an album focusing on one singular topic (especially, when it’s in the title), this album spends 14 tracks not really saying much we didn’t already know, leading to a lot of album filler. The only thing that makes it remotely interesting is the very public romance between Camila and Shawn Mendes.

The only thing that makes it remotely interesting is the very public romance between Camila and Shawn Mendes.

    Easy and Dream Of You talk about how Shawn makes her feel loved and such, but aside from a pretty but not groundbreaking intro, the latter doesn’t say anything interesting in the slightest. Easy at least has some nice little personal tidbits thrown in, even if the “anything else” questions in the lyrics are grating.
    Feel It Twice and Should’ve Said It seem to both talk about the fact that they both regret not making a move sooner, but having two songs saying this feels pretty redundant. Also Señorita is here. It’s fine, I guess

    There are a couple highlights from the album:
    Living Proof is a grandiose track likening Shawn to being a gift from god himself, and yes Camila WE KNOW. My Oh My feat. DaBaby is a surprisingly fun yet dark track about a guy who only wants the physical things from her and she knows it, but can’t resist. DaBaby also delivers a rap verse that I don’t despise, unlike Young Thug’s verse on Havana.
    First man is a lovely song dedicated to her dad, promising him that he’s a good man, but that she will always love and appreciate him too.
    The guitar and Camila’s sneering growls on Cry For Me, give it quite a bit of raw, desperate presence.

    Overall, while none of the songs struck me as outright bad, far too many are just too uninteresting to go back to. Just stick to the couple of interesting ones and skip the rest of the album

    I had high expectations for this album and it did not disappoint! It is brutally honest, giddy, sad, sexy and romantic.
    I think Bad Kind Of Butterflies is such a step forward, it sounds as anxious as it probably was to write it. This Love is EVERYTHING- the vocals, the lyrics.. it's just IT.
    Camila has seriously progressed lyrically. And Finneas' production is amazing in Used to This and    I had high expectations for this album and it did not disappoint! It is brutally honest, giddy, sad, sexy and romantic.

    "Romance" viene siendo un album muy desesperado para aprovechar el éxito de "Señorita" sin embargo algunos tracks nos da el sabor de una continuación de su álbum debut "CAMILA" esta vez Cabello obtuvo una poca producción pues muchas canciones entran por un odio y salen por el otro sin dejarno una sensación alguna,abusando de autotune sin alguna necesidad.

    ROMANCE LA DESESPERACIÓN DE NO    "Romance" viene siendo un album muy desesperado para aprovechar el éxito de "Señorita" sin embargo algunos tracks nos da el sabor de una continuación de su álbum debut "CAMILA" esta vez Cabello obtuvo una poca producción pues muchas canciones entran por un odio y salen por el otro sin dejarno una sensación alguna,abusando de autotune sin alguna necesidad.

    Impacting voice, exciting lyrics and sweet and addictive melodies. showing is more mature than in her first album regarding composition, camila cabello shared her experiences and the result is delightful. impossible not to fall in love with music, great evolution.

    many of the melodies were copied/stole eg. liar- karma by marina, this love - figures by jessie reyez, as well as cry for me and bad kind of butterflies which were heavily ‘inspired’ by marina. she copied her promo and merch from halsey too and for someone who left fifth harmony due to ‘a lack of creative control’ she sure doesn’t have a lot of creativity.

    Even months after release, I still love this album. An underrated masterpiece. No skips on this album. Camila established herself as a songwriter and lyricist with strong vocals. But it is the story behind the songs and her ability to make the audience feel every emotion that makes this album outstanding. It deserves a lot more credit and attention.

    She has potential but this album and her previous proves she is not using it. None of these songs have a stand out except Senorita and that’s saying something

    Fantastic album showing Camila Cabello's incredible vocal range and talent as a lyricist. The songs convey the powerful emotions brought up in relationships - the good, bad, painful, and sublime. So many of the songs - whether describing those painful moments of a break up or learning to trust someone new - were incredibly compelling, raw, and insightful.     Throughout “Romance,” the pop machinery clicks cleverly and efficiently into place around Cabello’s voice. The productions tend to be sparse — spooky electronic sounds, an occasional acoustic or electric guitar, hefty but discreet drums — and even where the choruses ratchet up, Cabello’s voice often stays close and confiding.
