How can this have the same critic score as "So Good"??!!
"Poster Girl" is amazingly superior, a collection of glittery pop gems, witch a retro touch. This is a great, cohesive, fun album.

It is definitely the best pop album i've heard in a long time. It feels fresh, like everything has an artistic sense inside of it. 10/10.

It is less diverse than her first international album (the second in her career), but it is much more ambitious, objective and, above all, fun! Some songs have the potential to be trending on TikTok (I see that on "FFF"), or on Netflix youth movie soundtracks (like happened with "WOW"). I feel a bit of influence from their ABBA ancestors, and it is clear that Norwegians (and all Scandinavians) can take over the world with just one production. The best pop album of 2021? Well, I can't imagine another album with this level of energy for a precise moment (unattainable if it included "Don't Worry Bout Me" and "All the Time"). Go, Zara!

This album completely bops! Zara continues to put out pop perfection. Even though she's lost alot of momentum because of its role out, she remains current and now us ZL stans are waiting for one of the singles to suddenly impact and propel her back to the top of the charts

With her second album released, there's just one question that blows my mind: why doesn't she get more recognition? Zara really knows how to deliver a cohesive project, in the dance-pop field. Nevertheless not being as majestic as her previous work "So Good", this one doesn't disappoint at all, actually just reinforces her position in the spotlight.

The entire album is meant to be a lively album full of moments for you to sing along, and has shown that as an artist, she as grown. Although it lacks something to bring all the songs together, the general tone of the album isn't lost. It also has some sleeper hits in it.

Saying Poster Girl is a perfect album? That would be untrue. There are definitely some duds on this near-perfect pop record, like the unimaginative "Talk About Love" that includes a completely unnecessary phoned-in feature of Young Thug, or the clunky lyrics of the otherwise energizing "Look What You've Done".

There are definitely some duds on this near-perfect pop record, like the unimaginative "Talk About Love" that includes a completely unnecessary phoned-in feature of Young Thug, or the clunky lyrics of the otherwise energizing "Look What You've Done".

But besides those two songs, I only have positive things to say about the album. It's just so much fun and unashamedly pop. Another well-crafted album from the Swedish pop supreme that is guaranteed to be a good way to kick off your 2021 spring season.

Favourites would be the Eurodance-inspired "Right Here" and the soaring banger "FFF". "Ruin My Life", which was already released two year prior to the album release, is also still a great pop song and hasn't dated badly at all. It's still such a huge miss to not include her best single ever, "All The Time", on the album, though.

Overall, this album is so so amazing! Zara really performed in this album. Her voice is incredibly powerful. This pop-electronic album really makes you wanna dance freely. I have to admit that some of the songs aren't really good, but Zara's voice really cover them. My favorites are Poster Girl, Ruin My Life, Right Here, and Look What You've Done. Keep it up, Zara!

“Poster Girl” is so enraptured with this idealized vision of a pop star that it leaves no room to learn about the woman behind the mic.

Tighter than So Good and packed with just as many catchy tunes, Poster Girl is yet another big step forward for the artist, adding a dozen fresh anthems to her catalog and maintaining her position as one of Sweden's finest pop exports.

Poster Girl is a step forward in a somewhat more concise direction for Larsson, but it could have used some fine-tuning to fully commit to its vision. She has created an album that is unapologetically romantic and fun but lacking in consistency production-wise.
