    Lover is the album we needed. Best songs: lover, archer, death, paper rings, cornelia street...almost all of them
    I think he knows is an unnecassary track

    The only thing critics had been saying negatively about this album is that it’s too long. And so far, they’re the only ones complaining. As I see it, this album is for her fans and herself, so 18 tracks really isn’t an issue here. I didn’t like ME! at first but knowing her style, I knew it’s probably the not-so-best track off the album (much like LWYMMD from reputation). YNTCD was met with controversy but overall it has done more good than bad (as claimed by members of the LGBTQIA+ community whom SHE is fighting for). Y’all just making excuses to hate on her, and to be honest, it’s your loss. I know people would say “I miss the old Taylor” or RED was better, what this album symbolizes is her growth in all aspects of her life, and I love a story of maturity. This 18-tracked album may be overwhelming at first but once you give it a listen, you’ll find yourself hitting that ‘repeat’ button and listening to it for ten more rounds.… Expand

    The album has great points like it's compositions, production and is very effective in creating a happy atmosphere, but the only problem is the extense track-list with some songs that could have been cut from the final album.

    Taylor Swift continues to embrace her talent of songwriting and this beautifully shines in her 7th album 'Lover'. Well written lyrics weaved with outstanding production brings the album on a whole new level. Other than being a collection of love songs, it gets people thinking about issues occurring in society today such as feminism and equality.

    I think Lover is one of her best albums to date. She's continuing to grow but still connecting to her past albums and song. I'm excited to see where/what she'll do with singles because she has plenty of options.

    This album is fierce, authentic, and matured. It only shows how powerful Taylor is through her lyrics and melody. The production is excellent. Each track rides you in a roller-coaster. What an amazing experience. ALBUM OF THE YEAR!

With a petition addressed to President Trump and The White House to pass the Equality Act, the Pride anthem “You Need To Calm Down” has been a celebrated track among the LGBTQ community. The raw emotions of “Soon You’ll Get Better” which she dedicates to her mom who is battling cancer, will have listeners bawling. In a nutshell,

    This album is so different with last taylor swift album, in this album she has grow up so much and she is so love, happy, and finding herself really are. I'm so happy to her. My favorite song is the entire album.
