The name 'Future Nostalgia' perfectly suits the feel and sound of this album, it has futuristic vibes but also has some nostalgic pop aspects to it, and we'll DEFINITELY look back on this album in 20 years from now and refer to it as a classic, and Dua Lipa will be remembered as the woman who saved the mainstream pop music with this fantastic work of art.… Expand

    There's no holding back from Dua Lipa on Future Nostalgia. The bouncing dance tracks and strong vocals make this an enjoyable album to listen to again and again. The strong messages of feminism found on tracks like "Boys Will Be Boys" and "Future Nostalgia" make the album all the better. Future Nostalgia is easily one of the best albums of the decade, and it leaves me wanting moreThere's no holding back from Dua Lipa on Future Nostalgia.     Make no mistake, her risks are still very within the context of a 4/4 pop structure, but she still finds such color and joy in her surroundings it's hard not to get swept up in her energy. Such risk-staking, however, can still lead to a few moments that could've used a bit more polish.
