    The album really encompasses its theme, 80's dance/pop/disco vibe which it doesn't really care for any statement, but it is a pop album that is a feel good and makes you want to jump and dance to it.

    Dua truly is a force of nature and this album is cemented as album of the year, maybe the decade.One might think that 10 upbeat dance tracks in a row, the album might have a repetitive feel by the time your done listening, but it DOESNT! Every song has such a unique sound and lyrics.     I remember when I first listened to Dua Lipa’s music, and I thought, this is the typical pop music from a girl that is going to disappear really fast. But NO, you showed the world what you are capable of. This album is hands down the best in 2020 so far.

    This is possibly the only album I've ever listened to, where I don't skip any songs. Every song is unique. None of the album is generic and the songs all portray strong messages. Well done Dua!!!

    This album finally shows Dua Lipa's true potential. Very powerful and so clever to bring back disco. If it doesn't make you wanna dance, I don't know what's wrong with you!

    Future Nostalgia has reinvented Pop music and by doing so, Dua Lipa has held a place among the greatest artists of all time. Every single note on the 11 songs that compose the album are there for a reason. It is the best album I have ever heard.

    This album is disco pop perfection. It was able to combine elements of funk, disco, and pop together and giving it a modern twist. Every song is fantastic and each one of them carry a different style or sound that smoothly goes with the rest of the album. This could become a modern pop classic. Good job, Dua Lipa!!

    Dua Lipa's rhythm and voice makes us want to dance wherever we are. Everything is perfectly produced and the catchy songs aren't a trouble at all. Definitely will be a great nominee (and the possible winner) for the Album of The Year at the Grammy's 2021. One of the greatest albums of 2020 without a doubt.

Lipa's voice particularly surprised me whenever she reached into her lower register on this thing.

    Where I stopped enjoying this track list quite so much was in the final two songs where, on top of off-putting lyrics, I found the song structures to be mind-numbing. Also, it's nit-picky, but listening back to the title track on this thing, the Squidward-esque "fuuuturre" whispering came off kind of annoying. Otherwise I love that track.

    POP perfection goes by the name of Pure nostalgia. This is the best pop album by Dua Lipa's thus far.
    Songs flow so smoothly, it's hard not to jam to it. Loved every song on it especially Levitating, break my heart and Physical.

    Future Nostalgia is effective in both invoking nostalgia and creating something fresh. The samples are warranted and doesnt sound like a cheap gimmick and actually makes use of it in a fresh new perspective. The songs are very dance club appropriate with some slower beat-heavy songs. Fav album of 2020 so far! Good job Dua!

    As much as I wanted to like the album, it was once again another mainstream pop artist move for a second album. Now there are boos but if you are going to make a pop album, do what Gaga and Yonce did and use different sounds that are more appealing.     With this flawless effort, she manages to achieve both. Future Nostalgia could have just as well been titled "Future Classic."

    Make no mistake, her risks are still very within the context of a 4/4 pop structure, but she still finds such color and joy in her surroundings it's hard not to get swept up in her energy. Such risk-staking, however, can still lead to a few moments that could've used a bit more polish.
