-
Apr 2, 2021Demi mais uma vez mostrando que mestre na arte de recomeçar, e vem com um álbum coeso do começo ao fim, um pop bem orgânico e leve.
-
Apr 2, 2021The album is excellent, extremely cohesive and light, taking us through a chronological journey in Demi’s life since 2018 and leaving us wanting more even though the album is 19 tracks long. It does not feel like a such long album at all. You’ll find sad songs, happy songs, sad bops, party bops and more. This might be Lovato’s best album to date.

Apr 2, 2021Demi Lovato took a leap with this album. She got it literally right. She left several important messages in all of her songs. She got every song right, literally. The feats are too perfect and the singer's vocals are divine. I venture to say that this is her career album. She nailed it and showed it was here to stay. It surprised me in every way. I loved it so much!

-
Apr 2, 2021presents an authentic sound, Demi managed to tell her story and everything that happened in 2018 in different rhythms and lyrics. She made a beautiful and delicious lemonade out of a lemon.

-

Aug 30, 2021Just a beautifully put together album. It starts off deep and emotional and then goes a bit lighter with an indie pop vibe. Even most of the lighter songs have powerful messages and meaning which shows Demi’s talent in writing. Demi’s voice of course doesn’t disappoint and the album should appeal to a wide range of people!

Apr 7, 2021How did she go from the excellence of TMYLM to... something so underwhelming? I really wanted to like this but I'm disappointed. Besides MHLN, which is a masterpiece, everything is lacklustre. TMYLM > HWGA > Unbroken > DWTD > Demi > Don't Forget

Apr 15, 2021Lovato's frankness is disarming, forcing a listener to reckon with the depths of the singer's distinction, yet the album works best when it veers toward lighter territory, letting the slick R&B rhythms and sugared hooks carry Lovato's emoting.
-
Apr 8, 2021Dancing With the Devil… The Art of Starting Over is Demi Lovato like we have never heard before. She is sassy and carefree while serious about her identity and personhood in a way she has been itching to be for years.
-
Apr 8, 2021The opening three tracks are almost an EP in their own right, before a quick reset. Semi title track ‘The Art Of Starting Over’ begins anew, a straight forward bop that gets to the root of Demi’s recovery – her natural talent, her ear for pop magic, affording room for personal renewal.
