    Não sou nenhum critico "especializado", mais como o próprio álbum sugere.. ele é tudo aquilo que possa ser contraditório, algo diferente, nunca visto antes pela mesma.. Particularmente eu estou amando tudo até agora e sei que ela esta super feliz e confiante com seu novo trabalho...     This is Rihanna´s best album to date. The way she sings is hypnotic in some songs, such as Love on the Brain or Higher. It makes her a different artist, she´s not looking for a commercial album, but a magnificent one. Its not album full of summer hits, its, like she said, full of musical pieces which she will be able to sing in the future and not be insecure about them. MASTERPIECE

    Wow. It's very... different. This album is... I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's amazing. There is consistency and coherence throughout the album. The production is good, if not great and she could do better with her voice, but she sounded good. This is quite a... a masterpiece! I give it a solid 10. It's a definite must-hear.

    Amazing album. Arguably one of Rihanna's most intrinsic bodies of work. The melodies are timeless and there are several highs and lows. With this album, Rihanna touches several genres of music and solidifies herself as one of the greatest in the industry today and aligns herself with the many legends of times past.

    O segundo melhor dela na minha opinião. Coeso, despretensioso e original. Não é fácil de digerir, assim como o Rated R... Mas com o passar do tempo vai ficando cada vez mais claro que esses são as obras-primas da carreira.

    ANTI is definitely a stand out in Rihanna's discography. Unlike her last albums, this is a whole body of work. Every song flows so well with each other. There is no single filler here. The album also could be seen as her most personal work yet, even exceeding Rated R. She contributed to every song which is a testament to her artistry. She also showcases vocals we've never witnessed before.ANTI is definitely a stand out in Rihanna's discography. Unlike her last albums, this is a whole body of work. She contributed to every song which is a testament to her artistry. She also showcases vocals we've never witnessed before. She never sounded as good as on Love On The Brain. It also reminds of a more jazzy route which continues with Higher. A breathtaking emotional song. It shows her vulnerability and personality.

    Yet she still showcases her roots with Work featuring Drake. She doesn't neglet her past music and still does different music compared to the stale R&B/Hip Hop music the charts represent. Needed Me might not be the biggest change in her music, but it's such a good and catchy song. It also represents the theme of the album very well. Different sides of love in her personal live. Never Ending also represents that. A good ballad that talks about a new found love and the confusing feelings it comes with it.

    Rihanna doesn't fail to experiment either.
    Consideration showcases a new side to her craft. A production which is a standout on this album. SZA compliments the song very well too. Same Ol' Mistake took me by a huge surprise. Her covering a Tame Impala song might sound like rubbish, but she actually found herself in the song and for me she does the song justice. Worth the 6 minutes of listening sessions every time.

    This time the album isn't a singles collection. It it a definite body of music and Rihanna suceeded to create an album worthy to be called her best yet.    … Expand

    After listening to this album from to start to finish it becomes quite clear that this is Rihanna's most mature, most sophisticated work to date. Gone are the high octane, dance-influenced beats and replaced with a more soulful production - a very welcome change.     After listening to this album from to start to finish it becomes quite clear that this is Rihanna's most mature, most sophisticated work to date. Gone are the high octane, dance-influenced beats and replaced with a more soulful production - a very welcome change.

    From a production point of view the drum programming is top notch and the minimal production on this LP as a whole really provides a lot of breathing room for Rihanna's vocals to truly shine. The vocals are the star of the show here and that's where this album really hits the nail on the head.

    Tracks on the album follow a very similar style and rhythm, forming a very cohesive body of work, but even then the LP manages to offer enough variation to keep things interesting. For example a track like 'Kiss It Better' is the closest one would get to one of Rihanna's older pop efforts, while 'Never Ending' is a beautiful acoustic ballad - really showcasing her phenomenal vocal work.

    But just like most albums this one falls a bit flat at times. The lead single, 'Work' (a collaboration with Drake) is arguably one of the worst tracks on here purely because of it's chorus (if there even is one) lacking any real lyrical content or substance. The track "Woo" (composed alongside record producer, Travis Scott) includes a very repetitive guitar line and poorly composed beat which doesn't compliment Rihanna's vocals at all.

    Overall, this is one of her best efforts yet. This is the first time I could genuinely appreciate Rihanna as an album artist and not just as an artist built off of hit singles. Definitely a step in the right direction in terms of songwriting.

    Hands down her best vocal work to date and a very solid, well-produced album.

    I'm not a Rihanna fan (not in the least!) but this album in freaking incredible. Amazing production, her voice is incredible and the songs go all over the place. The critics really missed the point and the genius behind this album - and I don't use that word lightly. Pretty incredible stuff, from a huge music fan's perspective.

    It exceeded my expectations, I really liked her "upgraded" sound. One of the best R&B albums of recent years, it's definitely worth listening and buying. As has already been said in most reviews, vocal production is at its best. We can see Rihanna winning at least one Grammy for this album next year.

    Rihanna brings her A - game to this LP. The fact that she co-wrote every song on the album except the same 'ol mistakes cover which obviously cant be co-written, is applaudable. I love her immense growth vocally, the new direction and to top it all the production is amazing. She executive produced this LP and am really glad she's getting more involved in making her art. Nice one Riri.

I remembered that moment when "Work" came out first on the radio at 2 pm and when i heard it i was singing workworkworkworkwork derderderderder hatatatatatata everywhere! and when Anti was dropped i was sooo dead! 10 cannabis/10.

    An excellent masterpiece by the pop goddess.
    13 (mostly) melancholic track, driven by earthy and organic production.
    This is a Rihanna album with a twist, every song isn't a hit from the get go and feels like something for the eternity.
    This record sounds like a potential classic to me.

    Pop's biggest rebellion was definitely worth the wait.

    Beside Rated R, Rihanna once again has a very "consistent" album, no fillers. Every single song is worth to listen even the interlude. And I love her vocal. She deserves to be praised by this excellent album!!!

    I appreciate her trying out different sounds and some attempts were more successful than others, but what I loved most about the album is that as it ends, I felt strangely closer to knowing who she really is beyond the pop powerhouse that we want her to be.

    ANTI is so raw and really shows how deep her sound and artistic ability go. She has found her voice and her experimentation with this new sound has paid off! I understand why she is calling this her FIRST ALBUM. One of her songs, Higher, is truly beautiful and the intentional rasp adds to the overall "feels" & chills you get listening to it.

    WORK: Letra vaga e o instrumental pode ser encontrado em diversas canções, ou seja, comum. Porém, é divertida e, na minha opinião, não dá pra ficar apenas parado ouvindo a música.

    DESPERADO: Deliciosa! Intrigado com a composição por ser subjetiva.

    WOO: Hit-Boy, Travis Scott, The-Dream, The Weeknd e Rihanna na mesma canção? Apenas sinta o poder. Alguns pedaços da faixa parecem ser experimentais e sinto uma "vibe" Crystal Castles quando a interprete repete "send for me" inúmeras vezes.

    NEEDED ME: Ao ouvir "Mustard on the beat ho!" pensei "caralho, já amei". Mustard......obrigado. Pontos para a composição e digníssima interpretação da Rihanna.

    YEAH, I SAID IT: Maravilhosa.

    SAME OL' MISTAKES: Ainda estou digerindo.

    NEVER ENDING: Completamente um amor.

    LOVE ON THE BRAIN: A faixa mais sincera do álbum. Estou devastado e encantado! Comum (lembra Superpower, Ave Maria, Girl Crush, etc.) e ao mesmo tempo tão original. Me identifiquei com a letra e a interpretação é sobrenatural (mostra o quão grande Rihanna vem se tornando como artista).

    HIGHER: O vocal forçado e com falhas propositais, uma marca da cantora Sia (Chandelier, Eye of the Needle, Fire Meet Gasoline, etc.), dão um grande poder a faixa. Estou dopado e querendo mais. Por que apenas míseros minutos?

    CLOSE TO YOU: Encerra o álbum de forma agradável. A balada é um pouco triste com letra objetiva mostrando que ela não quer perder a/o conexão/contato com seu amor.
