A great new feature is the black market...Now you can take your chances in the black market to trade some stuff you don’t want for the goodies that you do.
The most troubling thing about Mechwarrior 4: Black Knight is that it's priced like a full game rather than the "add-more" expansion pack it really is.
These additions are sound--they extend and expand on the original game's context in meaningful ways--though they might have given a stronger impression if Black Knight weren't a full year older than, and just as expensive as, its predecessor.
The biggest flaws come in the storyline and lack of new material, this game really fails to add anything interesting to the MechWarrior universe.
MechWarrior afficionados only.
Those expecting something completely different, such as the ability to pilot spaceships or man turrets, will need to wait until the next release.
