Four good maps and EXO Zombies are the highlights of Havoc. Every Advanced Warfare player will enjoy the new scenarios but zombies fan are those that should really take this DLC into account. EXO Zombies is a lot of fun and EXO movements are a good addition to the classic gameplay.
10 without a doubt. Zombies is amazing and so is the weapon and multiplayer maps. Great map pack for a start. Urban is like the new Nuketown by Sledgehammer
Easy 10, Zombies is literally hours of fun, plus the new maps are all really well built. Best DLC in a long time. Also, while Zombies is missing a few things, I am super happy with the updated things, like the gun upgrade that doesn't take an eternity. Working EXO's into this was also a great idea.
The Havoc add-on for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare offers a pretty compelling package to fans of the shooter. While the competitive maps are interesting and varied, by far the most impressive aspect is the Exo Zombies mode that makes the investment more than worth it for co-op fans.
Good players may relish the more intense competition, but I find playing on the new multiplayer maps against the series most devout fans a bit disheartening.
It offers no surprises or innovation, least of all in the new Exo Zombies mode, but most of the new maps are great and this first download is surprisingly good value.
Except the Exo Zombies mode that can keep you busy for a few hours, the other additions of Havoc (4 new maps and the AE4 assault rifle) are not refreshing enough to make this DLC essential.
I actually prefer these maps to the ones in the base game. Definitely a worthy expansion, and I don't understand all the criticism this game gets in general - I still find Call Of Duty:AW to be the most fun multiplayer experience available.
Side note: Playing the very meh Battlefield: Hardline just made me want to fire up COD:AW.
Good DLC, maps are ordinary, but I have to say the exo zombies was A LOT better than I thought it would be. All in all, good for extreme zombie fans. If you're playing for multiplayer forget it man.
Call of duty advanced warfare's havoc dlc came to the xbox one this week and i played it with as open a mind as could be. Let's start with the weapon, the "AE4 directed energy assault rifle" and the "AE4 widowmaker" combined here make for a decent multiplayer weapon, about as good as the peacekeeper from black ops 2 days but nothing to call home about, the maps certainly add a new feeling to the whole experience what with the theme park giving a creepy feeling in multiplayer which is quite tough to do, and the mid-game effects in the snowy map "drift" was certainly cool, but again just your normal stuff for the cod multiplayer cash cow, now we'll move on to the real reason people were hyped for this dlc...ZOMBIES. Now i've been a huge fan of zombies ever since world at war and I have a deep love for the story along with all the OG zombie maps, so I was quite excited what with how above average advanced warfare has been so far I thought to myself "hey exo will be just as a above average!" I was right to a degree thankfully. My first complaint is that right off the bat the starting cutscene lags and freezes ruining the vibe of the creepy spooky zombies to come but no worries you can just watch it online. The exo zombies mode has somewhat of the same feeling as the original zombies we've all known to love with buying doors (i refuse to you do it), a mystery box which is now called the 3d printer, as well as upgrades for your exo suit replacing drinks, pretty cool! It also helps sway my opinion that they added new achievements which is a plus for any achievement hunters that get this as they arent balls deep hard and time consuming as the other zombies achievements have been. So now that we have all the pros out of the way lets get to the cons, first off the fact that there is no major easter egg achievement urks me as i'm used to playing late into the night solving puzzles and wanting to know oh so badly what comes next in the zombies storyline! But i'm going to give the benefit of the doubt to slegdehammer games in case there IS an easter egg somewhere in this mode just with no achievement (still a little disappointing okay shut up) but all in all I'll give this dlc a proud 7/10, nothing special with the multiplayer but the exo zombies mode has some great potential for the cod future to come.
im sorry to say i did not enjoy this game because its totally unrealistic i couldnt get use because the double jump on the game all the other call of dutys i have played have been the same so why do they have to change they call of duty plays the campaign was the best bit about this game i enjoyed the story line to the game .
