Thank you for the Persian subtitle.. It’s really nice to have Alone in the Dark back in form. And for it to have its own identity. After being such a pioneer, this series has spent so long chasing the horror genre popular trends and trying to read the lowest common denominator that it became little more than a pale imitation of other good ideas. It’s genuinely nice to have something that heads in its own direction, and is comfortable in providing a taut atmosphere and a focus on a chilling narrative rather than visceral scares. You could call it “quaint,” but I like to think of it more like a game Stephen King would like to see rather than another cash-in from the Saw writers...

Really remake of the good classic horror! In my opinion a must-play game.
There are scare jumps, good mechanics, good puzzles - I played and enjoyed the whole experience
Great atmospheric game, fun to play through as well! Hopefully it does well and we can see a sequel soon, u can tell the devs put alot of love and care into this game
So let me preface this by saying, yes, the combat in this game is AWFUL. I mean truly bad, it's janky, unresponsive and annoying. If you knock the difficulty (which primarilly affects the combat) down to easy, you can largely breeze through the few crappy combat scenarios and enjoy then things the game does very well. The narative is really good, the characters are strange and eccentric and are very well voive acted, the environmental design is superb, with several wonderful looking locations to explore. One big thing for me was documents and other text based **** of these are voiced by the charaters in the game which makes a huge difference to the feel of the game. most devs simply have you reading masses of text so that after a while you just stop reading this stuff, having all the letters, documents, diary entries etc voiced just feels way more immersive and helps with keeping your interest in the narative. Overall i really love this game, it feels like a classic silent hill type game. It's just a shame that the terrible combat drags an otherwise great game down (the end boss fight is especially bad!)
I love the atmosphere of the game, and it has many surprises that make it good but everything else destroys it: meaningless puzzles that you have to figure out most of the time without or almost no information, the controls in the puzzles are very obsolete, ps2/3 generation, I have had to go to YouTube a lot because I was not able to solve the puzzles sometimes due to to this, and finally the subtitles go by too fast for someone who doesn't know English, if the puzzle gameplay had been better I would have raised it two points, otherwise fine
It was a boring, unsatisfying and not scary experience. Clunky combat against stupid enemies and boring puzzles.
Some places were atmospheric and the ok story motivated me to finish this game. At the end I was happy to see the screen with the credits.
Não se parece como um jogo de ps5, esperava bem mais deste remake. Ficou com gráficos feios para o padrão da indústria. Poucos puzzles e muita ação para um jogo que deveria se passar grande parte dele, na escuridão.
